Hello!

I was born in Kapellen, Belgium and landed in 2000 in Miami. I have worked a long time managing big hotels in Spain, the Caribean Islands and the US. My passion is Real Estate and part of my american dream includes helping people finding their (dream) villa.

In 2001 I became a Licensed Realtor in Florida and a Member of the National Association of Realtors. Since then I started the company Serrata Realty Group together with my wife Belkis. We have currently offices in Miami and Cape Coral. I speak, write and understand fluently Dutch (Flemish is my native language), English, Spanish, French and German.

This year, my wife and I earned the designation of CREO, Certified REO (Real Estate Owned) Specialist.

Continuously educating ourselves in our field is part of our daily business. We visit Real Estate conventions of Keller Williams, educate ourselves in courses of the local realtor board and are daily in the field helping customers.
